Here we have my 6 week squat program. The sole focus of this program is to get you a HUGE squat! If you're willing to put the work into it, then a squat PR is guaranteed at the end of this program. Throughout the program we focus on front squats and back squats. So both will improve as a result. When I tested it myself my Back squat improved by 20kg, my front squat by 10kg.
