I purchased the No Equipment program over lockdown. The Movements were challenging to start with but the demonstration videos really helped. Never felt in better shape despite quarantine snacking. Thanks Harry.

Before I started training this way, I was at a loss with training, no direction in which to focus my energy. I was stuck between wanting to look good and perform well, and that's where Harry came in. He's been programming for me for 2 years now and my training has gone from strength to strength, improving my aesthetics and performance, most Importantly, I began to enjoy my training while being able to trust the method behind it. He's struck the balance I struggled to find on my own.

As a woman in my forties, Harry provided me with a personalized weight lifting plan that took into account my various joint issues, he was able to work with me to tailor an approach, catering for my individual needs. Very happy.

Before I approached Harry I had lost enthusiasm for training and my fitness was stagnating. However, not only have I rediscovered my love for training thanks to Harry's support and encouragement, but I am also seeing myself make good progress too thanks to his carefully designed programs

Having worked with a friend of Harry's and seen the quality of the workouts that he was providing him. I knew that when I purchased the No Equipment and subsequently the Full Equipment plan, I knew that both the content and quality of the workouts would be to a high standard and I was definatley proven right. All the workouts were easy to understand and if there was ever a movement that I needed to double check, then Harry's YouTube demonstration videos were there when required. The workouts were both fun and challenging and I couldn't recommend them enough.
