This military preparation program is designed to help you get stronger, faster and more enduring to prepare the body for the rigours of miilitary basic training and the pre-selection process. This program is purely bodyweight, you will need access to a pull up bar, however, things can always be scaled. The program contains a testing phase at the beginning and end in order to assess progress. Along with 8 weeks of hard, structured and progressive work to build you up to the level of fitness you require to join the military.
